We firmly believe that going on school trips helps our pupils gain real-world experiences that cannot be taught in a classroom, opening their minds and strengthening their knowledge of the world around them. They can help pupils to develop initiative, resourcefulness and independence. It also helps develop emotional and physical well-being, broadens their horizons and develops interpersonal skills. These are just some of the reasons why school trips can be beneficial for our pupils.
All children in school have the opportunity to go on school visits, whether it is visiting the local area, going on a day trip or staying away over night on a residential.
