Justin has been working in education for many years. He began his teaching career at Hook-with-Warsash CE Primary School in September 1994 and spent six happy years at the school as a teacher and PE lead. He subsequently held senior leadership positions in two other schools before assuming his first headship in 2009. During this time, he also trained as an Ofsted inspector, which is a role he has maintained since 2016. He has also been a NPQH assessor. Justin was delighted to accept the role of headteacher at Hook-with-Warsash CE Academy in 2026. Justin has been a Warsash resident since 1998.
