I recently retired after a 40 year career in the insurance industry, where I led major transformation programmes at Executive and Board level. I began my career at Eagle Star in Gloucestershire and, following its merger with Zurich insurance, my wife, daughter and I moved to Hampshire over 27 years ago. During my career I also held senior leadership roles at Endsleigh, Tesco Insurance and, most recently, as Chief Transformation Officer at Saga Insurance.
